This form grants tenant the right to purchase tenant's building (or tenant's building plus appurtenant land).

  • Clauses cover fixed price purchase price or fixed price adjusted by CPI, form of payment/financing, and a separate "optional" landlord-favorable clause making tenant's option to purchase exercisable solely by the original tenant (and not assignees or subtenants of the original tenant).
